Mimsy sadly died unexpectedly in November 2020. She has left a huge hole in Brighton Flyball. No one could Houdini better than her or sniff out a cocktail sausage faster. Her memory lives on in a new award, awarded to the best team of owner and dog each year, picked by the members. The award is a unicorn , to evoke memories of her strutting around in her unicorn onesie ??

Mimsy was the eldest member of Brighton Flyball and raced with Ballsorts. She was part of the winning UKFL Championship Div 9 in 2019. She loved flyball and was consistent, behaved and reliable, even if she isn’t the speediest!

Mimsy improves all the time and I’m determined to get another sub 6 seconds out of her again at some point, I know she has it in her ?

Alongside flyball Mimsy loved swimming, running, sausages, scatter cushions and covering herself in mud!
